Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the product is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please make a video while opening the shipment. If there are any damages and missing items send us a video. Without video, we will not accept the return or exchange.
